Returns Policy

At Media Portfolio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Digital products (e.g., digital downloads, online courses)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Perishable goods
• Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or ship items without first receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@mediaportfolio.com.

Refund Methods

We will refund you using the same method you used to make the purchase:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the same card used for purchase
• PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account
• Store Credit: If you paid with store credit, we will issue store credit for the return
• Gift Cards: Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded as store credit

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (due to a defect or damage), please email us at returns@mediaportfolio.com with your order number and details about the issue.

If you want to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@mediaportfolio.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Please do not return damaged or defective items without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Digital Products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our digital products.

However, if the digital product is found to be defective or not as described, please contact us at support@mediaportfolio.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

International Returns

For international orders, please note:

• You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
• You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during the return shipping process.
• Please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional customs charges.
• International returns may take longer to process due to shipping and customs clearance times.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@mediaportfolio.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
