What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the local area within a 50-mile radius. For projects outside this area, additional travel fees may apply. We're also available for destination projects worldwide with appropriate arrangements.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for standard projects, and 2-3 months for weddings and large events. However, we sometimes have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to inquire about your specific date.
What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking date, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of service. For larger projects, we offer payment plans. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
How long does it take to receive the final deliverables?
Delivery times vary by project type and complexity. Typically, photo projects are delivered within 1-2 weeks, video projects within 2-4 weeks, and audio projects within 1-3 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Do you provide raw files?
Our standard packages include edited final deliverables only. Raw files are available for an additional fee and with appropriate licensing agreements. Please inquire for specific pricing and terms.
What equipment do you use?
We use professional-grade equipment including Canon and Sony cameras, cinema-quality lenses, professional lighting, DJI drones, and industry-standard audio recording equipment. We maintain backup equipment for all shoots to ensure reliability.
